Condition vs. Price Adjustments

Condition is always a matter of opinion.
When you are in a store you can judge the condition of each item for yourself,
then decide if you want it at the price shown. What condition the storekeeper
says the item is rated is really not an issue at that point.  But when you can't
really see the actual item then definitions of condition become very important.
We have tried to keep things as simple as we can. First we compared all the
copies we had of each item and set them into our 3 condition levels, then we
set the price of each condition level for the item. So (as example) if an item is
$15., and we say it is in 'Collectable' condition, but when you get it, you feel it
is in 'Average' condition, we will not argue with you, since the price would still
be $15.  Because by comparison, the one you received is much better than
the $8. 'A' condition copy.   However, our satisfaction guarantee is 100%,
if you think any item should be lower in price, tell us of the specific problems
that we may not have noticed. If we don't agree it warrants a partial reduction,
you can return it without any argument at all.  The full purchase price of the
item will be refunded.      We want to have only totally satisfied customers.

Moving Images Material (Videos, etc.)

Videos (& films, CD-ROMs, DVDs, when offered) can not be returned for credit nor
refund. Sorry, but it is just too frequent an occurance that customers wish to view
a movie once or twice and then return it to us as if we were a rental operation.      
The above "printed materials" warranty does NOT apply to any of these formats ! 
Unless otherwise stated, all of our videos are previously owned, used items. In the
case of the "you-pick-9" packages, a few might even be "home-made".  Each has
been checked for general "play-ability" but they could have brief bad spots.   Also
we suggest that you play them only in VCRs with adjustable (not 'automatic-only' )
tracking capabilities, and that you use that control if you experience any problems.

Whenever possible, we offer the unedited versions of each adult movie.  However,
due to changes over the years in the laws governing erotic films,  some features
are not available in their complete original form.  This is especially true with older
titles (those made before 1987). Unfortunately, we do not know which videos may
have some bits edited out, as the ones we have are the only versions we ever saw.

Foreign customers please note:  If you are ordering videos, please be aware that
all our videotapes ( VHS & Beta) are NTSC format.  NTSC is the video standard in
the United States, Canada, and Japan;  but not in the UK or Europe.   Unless you
own a system that can play NTSC format, (not PAL, nor Secam)  you will not be
able to play any of the videotapes we are offering for sale.
