All our prices are in U.S. dollars.    Prices and availability are subject to change
with notice at the time of the order confirmation. Please do not make any form of
payment until we confirm the total cost of your order. There is no minimum order.

All items from the Adult Collectibles Exchange side of  TimeWarp Collectibles
are available for sale only to those 18 years of age or older, regardless of where
you live,  or what you may be ordering.     By placing any order with TimeWarp's
Adult Collectibles Exchange, via any means (written, oral, e-mail or otherwise),
you certify that you are at least 18 years of age or older,   that the material does
not violate the community standards of the area where you live, and that you will
not allow these items to be viewed by minors.  Note that we will not ship orders
without your fully completed Adult Status Form on file.                                             

TimeWarp  never knowingly sells any items that are not legal to sell to adults in
North America.  Please note that foreign governments and customs authorities
may have different, and arbitrary, ideas of what is or is not legal to import.          
We will not accept responsibility for any order that is confiscated or seized by
foreign customs or governments.      All import duties, taxes or tariffs, levied by
your government are the purchaser's responsibility.    We will not ship to any
country which has notified us that our products are prohibited.    Please e-mail
with any concerns about this, but it is best to check with your own government.

For Canadian residents ONLY:     Taxes on shipments within Canada are not
subject to GST at this time.   But all shipments to Ontario, Canada addresses
must be charged PST.  This will be itemized in your order confirmation e-mail.
Note that there is no PST on books.  However, magazines and all other items
will be charged 8% on the equivalent Canadian dollar value of the goods only.
