The Policy and Other Assurances

We do not share, rent, sell or trade any personal information with any outside
organization. We do not rent our mailing list, either paper or electronic, nor do
we allow others to access it for any reason. All information received by A.C.E./
TimeWarp Collectibles will be used only for the specific purposes you intended.

We do not "spam," or send unsolicited email advertisements or newsletters.
A one-time, discretely worded announcement of our opening or future change
in our website or e-mail address is the only contact you would ever have from
us other than a "reply to sender" of your e-mailed requests to us.

We do keep a database of our customers to save them the inconvenience of
having to repeatedly provide an age statement, and to enable them to benefit
from our volume discount plan. We retain records of orders, including shipping
addresses and credit card numbers (unless you pay through PayPal), to allow
resolution of disputes and questions, and to provide tax accounting records.
All such records are kept confidential, and are not shared with any outside party
except to resolve billing and credit card disputes. All our paperwork is shredded
before being disposed of. Should you ever wish to have inactive data removed
from our files, please mail or e-mail your name and address (and customer ID
number, if possible) with instructions to that effect to our surface mail address
or ACE-LOCs@TimeWarpCollectibles.com, and it will be done.

The "from" on all our shipments is: TimeWarp/A.C.E. and the packaging is
either a plain white envelope/box or, in the case of larger shipments, a brown
cardboard box that might bear the name and slogan of the box supplier. A customs
contents declaration, when required, would state "quantity, printed matter
(VHS tapes, etc.), and country of origin". As non-descript as possible, certainly
never anything that says or even hints at "adult material".

Shipments over $250 in value, sent via couriers must be labeled "Adult Signature
Required." Here the word adult only means that no minor (such as your child) may
sign for it. This is a standard label used for all types of high-value shipments.
