In order for us to correctly identify the exact item you wish to purchase, we require a
few key pieces of information from our listings that must be included in your order.
Different types of items (books vs. magazines vs. videos) need different information.

Overall Name:  This means the title if it is a magazine, book or video.   Please note
our single line listing format does not contain the magazine's title, that can be found
in the "header box" above the single lines.    We need  the name of the 'other stuff'.

Unique Identifiers:  Here you would put the information that describes "which one?"
of the overall name you want.  For magazines the most important information is the
Month & Year, or Vol. & Iss. (if the month is "Unstated").  Best is to "copy & paste" all.
For books the most needed information is the Line | Publisher and the Book's ID #.

Condition/Price:  In situations where we are offering the item you want in more than
one condition / price you must state which one you want.  If you used "copy & paste"
please be sure that you delete all unwanted prices.  If you do want an item in more
than one condition, please order it as another separate item.                                       

Order Number:  Every item listed at our site has an Order Number (always starting
with an 'A').  While it might appear to be unique to the item you want, think of it as a
Zip (postal) code.  It is needed for us to locate it in our city (warehouse) and block
(box), but it is insufficient by number alone to tell us which building (copy) you want.
